Steps to Add Ratings & Reviews​

  1. Navigate to the Orders section in the StoreFront.
  2. Open the Order Details page for the purchased product.
  3. Click on the Rate & Review option.
  4. Provide a rating and write your review.
  5. Submit the feedback.

Review Processing​

After a review is submitted:

  1. The review is recorded in the system.
  2. It becomes visible to other users.
  3. Vendors can view and analyze feedback.

This feature ensures transparency and helps improve overall product quality and customer experience.
