Steps to Add Ratings & Reviews

  1. Navigate to the Orders section in the StoreFront.
  2. Open the Order Details page for the purchased product.
  3. Click on the Rate & Review option.
  4. Provide a rating and write your review.
  5. Submit the feedback.

Review Processing

After a review is submitted:

  1. The review is recorded in the system.
  2. It becomes visible to other users.
  3. Vendors can view and analyze feedback.
